Schedule Of Group Classes

A typical workout consists of circuits, hitting the bags and learning both boxing and kickboxing technique. Every workout is different and intended to keep your body continually guessing. You will be surprised at how many calories you will burn and the amount of muscle definition that you can build. At the same time, you will also be having more fun than you ever thought imaginable in a workout.

We are different, as these classes are designed so that anyone can do them and still be challenged. Our members range from 16 – 60.

If you should feel like you’re up to the challenge, you can take part in our controlled sparring sessions to understand what it is really like to be in the ring. (available Friday nights at 6:30)

We guarantee that we are unlike any other gym you have ever been to!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:00 a.m.

Tuesday & Thursday: 12:30 p.m.

Monday thru Friday: 5:30 & 6:30 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00, 10:00, & 11:00 a.m.
